This Policy explains how Wishnova Consulting / Amarena Home (“we”, “Amarena Home”) handles information when you visit https://amarenahome.me or enquire about property management services in Montenegro. This document has been prepared with reference to:
- the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679), where it applies to visitors from the EU/EEA;
- Montenegro's Law on Personal Data Protection (Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti) and the practices of Montenegro's personal data protection agency (azlp.me);
- rules on cookies and similar technologies (consent for non-essential cookies).
Our key principle: we do not collect personal data through the website itself. There are no contact forms, we do not ask for email addresses on the site, and we do not send newsletters. You can contact us by phone or through the messaging apps listed on our pages. We only receive personal data if you choose to write or call and voluntarily provide information in your messages or conversation.

2. What we collect and what we do not collect
2.1. We do not collect data through the website
- there are no web forms or lead-capture fields;
- we do not collect email addresses through the website;
- there are no user accounts or newsletter subscriptions;
- we do not ask you to leave your name, phone number or email address in a web form.
2.2. When you contact us
If you call or message us through an app (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, etc.), we process only the information you provide through that channel: your number or ID, your name if you choose to provide it, and the text of your enquiry about a property or service. The legal basis is responding to your request and taking steps before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and/or 6(1)(f)).
2.3. Technical and analytics data
- Hosting / server logs — the hosting provider may briefly record standard connection data (IP, user-agent, URL) for security and to deliver the website. We do not use these data to build visitor marketing profiles.

4. Recipients
- Hosting — the website hosting provider;
- Google — anonymised Analytics, only after consent to analytics;
- Messaging app providers — when you write to us, your correspondence is also processed under their policies (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, etc.).
We do not sell personal data or create email mailing lists through the website.

6. International transfers

This website is intended for adults (property owners and business contacts). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to our business tools is restricted. Messaging apps have their own security models; please do not send unnecessary sensitive documents in chats.

Links to Airbnb, Booking.com, partners and maps are governed by the policies of the respective services.
